Pauline's Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

This is a healthy and tasty treat. This recipe makes about 10 balls.


Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls




  1. Mix ingredients well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Scoop out about 1 tbsp. worth of mixture. Shape by hand into a golf-ball sized ball or oval shape. If it doesn't hold together you can add a bit more coconut oil and/or rice malt syrup.
  3. Set in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
